I’m slowly composing a list of venues that I’ve run kids parties in that you might find useful – this is a work in progress and there are hundreds of great venues not on this list for your area:

Altrincham

Rawtenstall

The Horse and Bamboo (The Boo) – this is a great space for a party. There are two rooms, one for food and one for the games and show. Saddleworth area:

Dobcross Band Club – decent room with dance floor and stage. Use of kitchen and drinks available to buy for adults. Car park available. https://www.dobcross.club/eventsroom-hire
